Charlotte-based hard rock outfit, Reason Define, closed out the final leg of the Neon Summer tour this past weekend playing back-to-back shows at Clayton Beverage Co. and Reggies 42nd St. Tavern in Clayton & Wilmington respectively. The girls were joined by Raleigh-based power metal group, Knightmare, for the weekend run, which helped make closing out their tour all the more explosive.
If you’ve not managed to catch the girls in Reason Define live yet, be aware that you’re truly missing out on one of the best live performances that North Carolina has to offer. From the moment they take stage and kick off their set with lead singer, Paolina, and drummer, Sydney, counting the band in by shouting to 4, you know you’re in for a riveting half-hour as the group commands all attention in the room with their anthemic, conviction-filled tunes as well as their unmatched stage presence, channeling all possible emotion into their performance and leaving the viewer feeling like they should’ve already been their favorite band. The band excels at reeling in viewers and leaving a memorable impression by putting just as much into their stage presence as they do their songs. Do yourself a favor and check them out next time they’re playing in your area!
Reason Define’s second full-length album “In Memory…” was self-released in March and is available on their webstore!
