Them Evils have dropped their most upbeat track to date with new single “Where Ya Gonna Crash Tonight?”
After two years touring their previous EP, Rollin’ Stoned and Livin’ Free, the Huntington Beach, CA rockers share their experiences from the road on “Where Ya Gonna Crash Tonight?”. Drummer David Delaney II says the song “reflects on our experiences while on tour. There’s always a level of uncertainty when waking up on a bus and heading to the next city.” He says that the song sheds light on the not-so-glamorous realities of the Rock N’ Roll lifestyle, like the monotony of constant travel or questioning where you’re going to sleep.
“Where Ya Gonna Crash Tonight?” sees Them Evils updating their distinctive “Classic Rock, Modern Roll” sound with powerful guitar riffs, upbeat drums, and catchy vocal melodies. The group credits this change to their recent collaborations with Kevin “Thrasher” Gruft (Escape the Fate), Aaron Edwards (Sick Puppies, Black Veil Brides), and producer Jim Kaufman (Night Riots).
