Maeve drops new single “Bleach”

Maeve’s “Bleach” is the second single that will come from her upcoming album Carravaigo in a Corner Store. The self-producing Maeve and her collection of music appeal to the experimental nature of music, while also calling out the sinister world of social media. Maeve elaborates on the meaning behind her song; “If you take away the romanticised squeaky clean facade there is something really ominous underneath it all”. Maeve’s calming alto voice draws you in, and her message in “Bleach” is worth a listen!

girl in red releases “You Stupid Bitch”

This hot track was inspired by a friendship that singer/songwriter Marie Ulven wishes would have turned into more. Ulven explains “I was always there for this person who would get their heartbroken, and I would just come running…That person would never see me as anything else than just a friend, even though I feel like I could’ve made her so happy.” This single will be on girl in red’s upcoming album if i could make it go quiet, which her fans have been waiting for since her hit  “i wanna be your girlfriend” that surpassed 2 billion streams! You can preorder her upcoming album-out April 30thhere!

Troye Sivan, and Tate McRae collab on Regard’s new single “You”

DJ and producer Regard worked his magic again on “You”, featuring Troye Sivan and Tate McRae. “You” is the first collab between these three artists, and hopefully it’s not the last.

Julia Michaels released new single/music video “Love is Weird”

The extremely talented artist Julia Michaels, who has written for Britney Spears, Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez (she also wrote the theme song for Austin & Ally, fun fact) now released a single of her own this week, “Love is Weird”.  Julia Michaels explains how the premise of her single will be on her new album, Not In Chronological Order, which is about the life cycle and journey of love.

I’m not bitter about love anymore. I know what functional love is like and being in love and being hesitant about that love because it feels so perfect.”

LOWBORN drops single “Devil”

LOWBORN, which came out today, released their newest single about the inner demons they face. “Devil”, along with their previous release “sad. sad.” have been their latest tracks of 2021, following several scattered singles in 2020.

anaiis releases “juno”, her first single of 2021

French-Senegalese singer anaiis released a delicate single this week, “juno”. In an article with FACT Mag, anaiis explained how I was looking for glimpses of solace whilst searching for ways to see beyond the confines of my thoughts and to find the little crack where I felt I had the choice again.”  Check out the artistic music video, produced by Debo Amon, below.

Wilderado releases single and music video “Head Right”

Wilderado, a pleasant group from Tulsa, Oklahoma, dropped their latest single and music video. “Head Right” draws from that classic, COVID-19 void we all experienced, all while being packaged in a peppy-summer song. Check out Wilderado’s genuine, fun music video below.

Islands dropped new single “Set the Fairlight”

This new release includes an artistic visualizer (not a music video, but an experience), attached below. The topsy-turvy lyrics of “Set the Fairlight” are peppy but anxious filled, ultimately mirroring the pandemic experience we all experienced in the last year. This single is from Islands’ upcoming album Islomania.

Zachary Knowles enjoys the little moments with single “Dancing in the Kitchen”

19-year-old singer/songwriter Zachary Knowles released his latest feel-good song this week.
