Here is a short but sweet look at this week’s Nu Music Friday:
WILLOW – lately I feel EVERYTHING
Earlier this week, the 20-year-old Willow Smith released her latest punk album, lately I feel EVERYTHING. The angst album channels a lot of teenage frustration and spirituality, true to Willow’s style.
Kanye – Donda
If you don’t know, now you know: Kanye was supposed to be releasing another album, and it should come (hopefully soon). Donda, named after his mother, features many of the greats like JAY-Z, Pop Smoke, Travis Scott, Lil Baby, Lil Durk and more. “This might be the return of the Throne/ Hova and Yeezus, like Moses and Jesus”

Khalid – “New Normal”
Khalid is also back with a new single, “New Normal”! Check it out below:
Lil Nas X – “Industry Baby”
After possibly going to prison over his last release, Lil Nas X is back with a new single and music video “Industry Baby”. The music video taunts and plays with the idea of him going to prison, and the song features Jack Harlow
Lorde – “Stoned at the Nail Salon”
Lorde hits at the heartstrings in this nostalgic, open-spaced ballad “Stoned at the Nail Salon”. The song is about the space between being stuck or being stoned, and she lets you decide that one.
