Sean Danielsen, the guitarist/songwriter best known for his work in rock band Smile Empty Soul, returns with a new single, “Paralyzed” off of his fourth solo record, Mind Control To Steal The Soul.

Sean Danielsen teamed up with Brooks Robinson, who has played a camera operator role in major films like Iron Man 3, Fantastic Four, and Inception and also music videos for Blink182, No Doubt, and Weezer.

Sean started Smile Empty Soul back in the late 90’s in Los Angeles California, and in 2002 they signed a major label record deal with Lava/Atlantic. With Smile Empty Soul’s self-titled debut album, it soon turned certified gold with sales in excess of 500K+ and was spawning three billboard charting singles, including the biggest Rock/Alternative hits of the year: Bottom of a Bottle, Silhouettes, and Nowhere Kids.  And soon led to tours with Breaking Benjamin, Seether, Three Days Grace, and Buckcherry.

In between recording and road schedules, Sean began working on solo material that was a little “off the beaten path” for Smile Empty Soul, releasing his first solo EP “Enjoy The Process” in 2013 with producer Eddie Wohl (36 Crazyfist, Ill Nino, World Fire Brigade) for the six track acoustic record.  Since then, he released “Food Chain” in 2014, “Product of Isolation” in early 2017, and now the highly anticipated EP “Mind Control To Steal The Soul,” out today.
