Tim Kasher announces release date for his debut film ‘No Resolution’

Tim Kasher is no stranger to the music industry. For decades now, he’s been deeply involved in music, fronting bands Cursive and The Good Life as well as going solo under his own name. But, Kasher is now moving into the film industry with the upcoming release of No Resolution.

No Resolution marks Kasher’s first screenwriting and directing gig, and the reason the name sounds familiar is because it was also the title of Kasher’s 2017 solo LP. That record doubled as a new solo work as well the soundtrack/score for the film. Throughout the past few months, Kasher has been hosting screenings of the film, and now it has received an official release date of February 13.

As of right now (and for the foreseeable future), the only way to pre-order the film is through the iTunes store. If you pre-order it before the release date, you can be entered in to win some great stuff. The first place winner will receive a hosted screening of the film in your town with Tim in attendance. He’ll also play a short set afterwards. The five runner-ups will receive a very limited edition blu-ray of the film hand numbered and signed by Tim. There are no other plans to release the film via DVD or blu-ray, so these will certainly be collector’s items. All you have to do to enter the contest is pre-order via iTunes and forward your receipt to
